The Photographer: Roger Slater
Congratulations on your upcoming event!!
Welcome, and thank you for considering Slater Photography to be a part of your special day. Whether it’s your baby’s first steps, commemorating the opening day of starting your dream business, or recording your decision to start a life together with that special someone, my greatest goal is to provide you with images that will remind you of that moment for the rest of your life.
I want to share a little about me so that you are comfortable choosing me. What makes Slater Photography unique is that I incorporate natural light into every shot. The outcome? “Snapshots” are transformed into Works of Art. I am always striving to perfect my craft. I have attended more than 100 workshops, seminars and training sessions in the past 15 years. I consider myself an artist and I want to share my skills with you. While working with hundreds of industry professionals, I have captured perfectly lit, artistic head-shots. Who said head-shots had to be boring? My creativity takes head-shots to a whole new level. Family photography is one of my biggest passions and I love capturing not only the perfect family photo, but the love seen in the eyes of every perfectly imperfect family. I have also had the privilege of photographing hundreds of ceremonies and weddings at top rated venues from Florida to Canada. I have shot over 1500 weddings. With each one, I find new beauty in both my couples, and the landscapes that surround them. My philosophy is to surpass every expectation when it comes to capturing the precious moments of your life.
I will personally photograph your special event. Due to the extreme care I take before, during, and after your event, I am limited to taking no more than 12 weddings a year. I offer you the individualized, personal boutique experience you are looking for (and deserve) from a photographer. I understand that photography is one of your biggest decisions for this event – the pictures I take will turn fleeting moments into the memories you will cherish for a lifetime.
With admiration,
Roger Slater
